Questions about questions concerning the apple country South Tyrol, which are answered in an entertaining way during a weekly tasting session. Participants are given a very good overall view of growing areas, quantities, varieties and above all of the different activities of apple growers throughout the year.

Tasting with all senses

The focus is on tasting fresh apple varieties, with aromatic new varieties being tested and appreciated just as much as famous classics. Not all apples are the same: the appearance, aroma, taste and texture of an apple vary from variety to variety in a way that could hardly be more different. Experience the dessert apple as a delicacy on the palate with all its nuances and taste characteristics and learn interesting facts from the land of 7,000 South Tyrolean apple farmers.
