Our SkYoga & Mental weekly programme helps you bring the body and mind back into harmony through gentle movement, mental clarity training and mindfulness sessions – all guided by our experienced coaches and supported by the inspiring mountainscape. Debora Romanello
Debora guides our guests’ wellness journey with great sensitivity. Her yoga and mental training sessions focus on body awareness, inner balance and conscious breathing. They are designed to promote calmness, clarity and a deep connection between physical movement and mental presence – ideal for releasing everyday stress and recharging.

Alexa Baur
Alexa brings to the table a lot of energy and solid know-how in all things fitness, mobility and full-body training. Her classes focus on strength, mobility and stability, and are always tailored to the individual level of participants. Her motivational zest strikes the perfect balance between exertion and relaxation.
