The Brixen Südtirol Guest Pass offers one free ascent and descent per day during selected periods, turning a strenuous climb into a scenic, effortless journey. Reach for the peaks and enjoy the outdoors where the air is purer, the views are wider and your spirit instantly lifted.

For Tratterhof guests, the Gitschberg-Nesselbahn cable car lift right here in Meransen is especially convenient. Within minutes, you’ll find yourself at an altitude of around 2,000 metres, choosing between a leisurely panoramic walk, a rewarding moderate hike, or a challenging tour for ambitious mountaineers. Or… you can simply sit back and take in the pure mountain air and gorgeous panorama.

Tratterhof Mountain Sky Hotel

It’s a digital guest pass that gives you free or discounted access to public transport, nature attractions and cultural sights. It is valid for the period of your stay and offered to you for free.

Yes, you can: regional trains, local buses and selected public lifts in South Tyrol are all included with the Brixen Südtirol Guest Pass. You can also use it to travel on the Almbus 415 bus route to the Rodenecker-Lüsner Alp and on ski buses in winter.

You can use all regional trains across South Tyrol on the Brenner–Trento and Mals–Vierschach routes. Please remember to validate your card before each journey.

During selected periods, the Brixen Südtirol Guest Pass does include free ascents and descents on local lifts, namely the Gitschberg-Nesselbahn and the Jochtalbahn lifts, as well as the Plose cable car, the Pfannspitz cable car and the Palmschoß chairlift. Validity periods are published on the website.

The Brixen Südtirol Guest Pass gives you free admission to a large number of cultural attractions. These can be accessed once a day and include, among others, Rodenegg Castle, the Pharmacy Museum and the Hofburg Diocesan Museum in Brixen, Neustift Abbey, the Klausen Municipal Museum, the Lodenwelt museum and the Capriz dairy and museum.

Guest Pass holders enjoy free admission to some local pools once a day, including the outdoor pools in Mühlbach, Klausen and Feldthurns as well as the Acquarena water park in Brixen (three-hour ticket, except on Sundays, public holidays and during the Christmas period from 24 December to 6 January).

Other benefits include one free admission a day to the minigolf courses in Terenten and Meransen.

No, the card is personal, non-transferable and valid only for the duration of your stay. Transport of dogs and bicycles is not included. As services are subject to change, all information is provided without guarantee.
