Rates and discounts

All prices are per person and day including our Tratterhof half board. The rooms and suites must be occupied by two full-paying guests. For rooms with breakfast but without dinner, €15.00 per person will be deducted from the board price. Please inform us the day before if you wish to skip dinner.

€ 110 for confirmation of booking with deposit payment 6 months before arrival

Our early bird offer is valid for a stay of at least 5 paid nights in a double room (with double occupancy).
Only 1 voucher can be redeemed per room/suite.
Voucher is valid for drinks and/or treatments in our Monte Silva beautyfarm.

The local tax of € 3.50 is levied per guest and night on departure and is shown separately on your bill. Children and young people under 14 years old are exempt from this tax.

The local tax income is used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructures and services as well as for the organisation of cultural and sporting events.

The following discounts apply for children (depending on the season):

Up to 1.99 years: €36.00 - €49.00
2 to 6.99 years: 54.00 - 74.00€
7 to 11.99 years: 72.00 - 98.00€
11 to 15.99 years: €107.00 - €147.00
From 16 years: 143,00 - 196,00€

We kindly ask you to make reservations in writing. With a deposit, the booking is fixed. Please understand that we do not confirm room numbers.

Dog-friendly holiday

We also welcome dogs at Tratterhof with prior notice. The surcharge is €35.00 per day without food. In the “Bergidyllstube”, your four-legged friends may accompany you to breakfast and dinner. Please let us know in good time at reception. We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in all suites. The dog owner is liable for any damage.

Our new dog shower is a convenient way to wash dirty paws after a walk. Please remember to bring a towel.

Fresh air at Tratterhof

Tratterhof is a non-smoking hotel. For smokers, we have set up a cosy outdoor seating area next to the entrance.

Tratterhof’s cancellation policy

Cancellation up to 60 days before arrival: free of charge
Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: €100.00 handling fee
Cancellation up to 3 days before arrival: 70% of the booked accommodation price
Cancellation 2 days or more before arrival, late arrival, early departure, or no-shows: 100% of the booked accommodation price.

Deposit fees are non-refundable but will be credited for a later stay. If necessary, we will consider an alternative arrangement for the refund of the deposit. In this special case, we charge a handling fee of €100.00.

NB Our normal cancellation conditions are also valid for payment by voucher.

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. Should you be late for a booked hotel stay or not arrive at all, or should you break off your stay early, this insurance will relieve you of any expenses. The insurance also comes into effect should something unforeseen happen on the way to us, during your stay, or on the way back home.
