Cucina Alpina is a culinary concept that blends traditional South Tyrolean fare with the lightness of Mediterranean cuisine. The focus is on high-quality local produce, seasonal ingredients and creative interpretations.

Our half board includes a sumptuous buffet breakfast, a five-course set menu at dinner with a choice of meat, fish or vegetarian dishes accompanied by a large salad buffet. Meals are served in cosy Tyrolean parlour-style rooms with views of the Dolomites.

The LA CANTINA panoramic restaurant welcomes non-residents for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. We recommend booking well in advance. Up-to-date price lists are published on our website.

At lunchtime, you can choose from a delicious bistro menu. In the afternoon, you can relish homemade cakes and South Tyrolean apple strudel together with the Dolomites view on our sun terrace.

Open during the day and through to the evening, the bar is the perfect spot for an aperitif, a cup of coffee or a tipple at the end of the day. On some evenings, live music adds to the atmosphere.

Mrs Gruber hosts a dumpling-making class once a week, while certified sommelière Evelyn leads wine tastings featuring selected wines from South Tyrol, other Italian regions and around the world.
