The Mountain Sky Thai and Sushi Week by Chang

From November 15th to 20th

From sunday to friday evening, join us on an exploration into the secrets of Asian cuisine. On a mission to seduce your palate, guest chef Chang will take you on a culinary tour from Bangkok to Phuket with his authentic dishes. The unusual combination of the colourful flavours of the far East and the peaceful beauty of the Dolomites will make this an unforgettable experience that brings together the best of two worlds.

Here is a taste of our menu from Sunday till Friday evening

Glass noodle soup with vegetables and corn-fed chicken – light and wholesome
Coconut soup with mushrooms and corn-fed chicken – creamy and aromatic
Spicy hot Tom Yum soup with wild-caught shrimps and mushrooms – a great classic

Sushi and sashimi – freshly made, a must for sushi fans
6 Satay skewers with corn-fed chicken and peanut dip
Ebi Fry – Japanese fried shrimps with plum and honey dip – crispy and sweet
Glass noodle salad with wild-caught shrimps – fresh and crunchy, a delight for all five senses
Bluefin tuna carpaccio with avocado, mango, passion fruit and yuzu – a harmonious combination

The Mountain Sky Tuscany Week by Leo Brunetti

From November 22th to 27rd

Why choose between the beauty and magic of the Dolomites and the flavours and colours of Tuscany, if you can have both at the same time? Book our Mountain Sky Tuscany Week! From sunday to friday evening, our guest chef Leo Brunetti from Agrihotel Elisabetta, since december 2023 head chef of the Golden Lok - one of the best restaurants in Zermatt, will spoil you with authentic Tuscan specialities: delicious antipasti, pasta, pizza and fresh fish dishes, all paired with exquisite wines from the Elisabetta winery. Let us take you on a journey from South Tyrol to the heart of Tuscany, and get a taste of authentic Italy!

The Mountain Sky Sauna Week

From November 29th to December 4th

As days get shorter and colder, our Mountain Sky Sauna Week offers the perfect opportunity to escape the daily grind and recharge in a hot embrace. We have a whole programme with diverse sauna infusions in store for you, with a side of healthy snacks and relaxing beats. Another highlight of this special week: our sauna area remains open until 10:00 p.m. on monday and thursday, so that you can relax and enjoy the benefits of our sauna rituals until late in the evening. And there’s more: don’t miss our sauna afterburner every day at 6:50 p.m. for a relaxing encore.
