Classic Finnish outdoor experience sauna | 80–90°C
Our largest sauna in Monte Silva Mountain Spa is ideal for experienced sauna lovers. Our certified sauna master heats up the sauna at least twice a day. With music and colour effects, the show infusions become an absolute event. The floor-to-ceiling windows facing the Dolomites open up a boundless view of the mountains. After the infusion, it’s straight out into the open air and off into the wonderfully refreshing plunge pool.
Infusion steam bath with Kneipp zone | 40–55°C
With daily themed infusions with pleasant fragrances as well as a music and light show, the steam bath is another one of our highlights. Afterwards, you can cool down in the nearby Kneipp zone.
Finnish sauna | 80–90°C
The Finnish sauna on the first floor is perfect for those who want to just close their eyes and enjoy the heat in solitude.
Panoramic herbal organic sauna | 60°C
The pleasant scent of herbs in combination with the Alpine panoramic view transports you to the blooming Alpine meadow behind our luxury mountain hotel in South Tyrol. This sauna is located above the infinity pool. Look forward to the following plunge into freshness.
Infrared lounge
Cosy loungers invite you to relax and are ideal for loosening tense backs. The warmth of the infrared light stimulates circulation, improves metabolism, strengthens the immune system, and releases any blockages. We also recommend the infrared lounge as a preparation for massages in our beauty farm.

Tratterhof Mountain Sky Hotel

The Monte Silva Mountain Spa covers an area of 4,000 m² on several floors. Located at an altitude of 1,500 metres, it features eight saunas, nine relaxation rooms, various pools and garden areas with plenty of space for you to relax.

Our pool area includes a heated indoor pool, two infinity pools heated all year round, and a large whirlpool. A cold plunge pool is also available for a refreshing dip, along with sun terraces and relaxation oases with sweeping Dolomites views.

Our exclusive adults-only thermal suite is a nudist area featuring five saunas and relaxation zones spread over three floors. It is a haven of tranquillity for undisturbed, rejuvenating relaxation.

The choice includes an outdoor Finnish adventure sauna, a steam bath with infusions, a classic Finnish sauna, a panoramic herbal biosauna and an infrared lounge. Temperatures range from a mild 40°C to an intense 90°C.

Our large panoramic event sauna becomes a stage with music and colour shows at least twice a day. The view of the Dolomites is always part of the experience.

You can head to the outdoor area for a plunge pool dip and plenty of fresh mountain air.

We have several relaxation rooms, including Acer and Larix, where you can put your feet up and take in the view. The alpine garden and sun terraces are also cosy spots with sweeping vistas.

The infrared lounge radiates a pleasant, deep-reaching heat that can help relieve tension in the back. We also recommend it as a way to prepare your body for a massage at our Beauty Farm.
