Hot and cold relaxation experience
Since the summer of 2020, our 20m infinity pool in the Dolomites has expanded our adults-only wellness area at this wellness hotel in Meransen. The divine saunas are also accompanied by a heated outdoor pool with bubble bench and neck surge (30–31°C), an indoor pool (30–31°C), an outdoor hot whirlpool (35°C), and a cold water pool with waterfall. For hours, you can sweat, unwind, and cool down here with a fantastic view of the Dolomites, enveloped in fresh mountain air.
At least twice a day, seven days a week, show infusions take place at our sauna in South Tyrol. With music and light shows, our sauna masters raise your sauna experience to the next level. Because the best things in life make you sweaty, right?

Our sweating and bathing attractions provide countless experiences to process. In order to create the perfect balance, Monte Silva Mountain Spa offers a range of relaxation areas. Thus, you’ll find warm waterbeds in idyllic bunks, Tempur mattresses, cosy corners, and relaxation loungers in many inviting spots throughout the spa area. The pleasant scent of larch, stone pine, and maple, which the rooms release naturally, completes your feel-good experience.
The spacious garden area also captivates our guests with its peaceful atmosphere. In comfortable sun loungers, you’ll recharge valuable vitamin D. A leisurely walk through the Kneipp facility in summer will stimulate the nerve pathways in your body and rekindle the spark for life in you. Additional relaxation comes from a comprehensive range of massages, beauty treatments, and mountain baths, performed by trained, insightful staff.
