Mrs. Gruber, the hostess, will show you how to prepare original South Tyrolean dumplings during the weekly courses. Of the many different types of dumplings that are available, she will cook the two most important ones with you: the classic South Tyrolean bread dumplings and the cheese dumplings!
At 15.00 o'clock we start! Mrs. Gruber is waiting for the participants in the hotel lobby and will accompany you to the show kitchen of the Mountain Sky Hotel Tratterhof. And if you think there are only women among the participants, you are mistaken. More and more men are showing interest in the preparation of this round South Tyrolean speciality called "Knödel".
The cooking course with Mrs. Gruber lasts about 45 minutes. She shows how the regional products such as eggs, flour, the dumpling bread etc. are mixed and become a dumpling dough. This is then portioned and dumplings are rolled out of it. Everybody can help!
