In harmony with nature, traditional and Mediterranean delicacies, refined with alpine herbs and spices from our own herb garden, become refined dishes. The attention to detail of the chef de cuisine and his team is always noticeable: whether it is a romantic candlelight dinner or a traditional South Tyrolean evening.
