Good to know:
- Rates are calculated at ¾ board per person per day.
- In holiday apartment without half-board, each additional person is charged 13.00 Euros per day.
- Breakfast 10.00 Euros, Evening meal 25.00 Euros.
- The rooms, suites and holiday apartment Regina accommodate a maximum of two people, and the apartment Evelyn a maximum of 4 people.
- 10% discount for a stay of up to 4 days.
- The Bergidyllhotel Tratterhof is a non-smoking hotel. For smokers, we have a smoking room in the “Stube” area.
- Please send written confirmation of your booking. The deposit on confirmation is Euro 300.00 per room.
- Free pick-up service from Brixen or Franzensfeste station for stays of 7 nights or above.
Cancellation terms
For early departures or late arrivals, 70% of the booked days will be charged. Up to two months before arrival date, cancellation is free. In the case of cancellations made less than two months before date of arrival, 50% of the booked stay will be charged.
- Bei frühzeitiger Abreise oder verspäteter Ankunft berechnen wir 100% der gebuchten Pensionstage.
- Bis zu 8 Wochen vor Anreisedatum ist die Stornierung kostenlos.
- Im Falle einer Stornierung Ihrer Ferien zwischen 56 Tage und dem 28 Tage berechnen wir eine Fixgebühr von Euro 300,00.
- Bei einer Stornierung innerhalb der letzten 28 Tage vor Reiseantritt berechnen wir 70 % des gebuten Reisepreises.
