Die Gebirgs-Bäder im Bergidyll Hotel haben ihre Wurzeln und Rezepte in der Bäderkultur des Pustertales, die vor mehr als 100 Jahren bereits Gesundheitssuchende aus ganz Europa nach Südtirol gelockt hat.
Es wird empfohlen, den Bädern eine Vorbereitungszeit voran- und eine Entschlackungszeit hinten anzustellen. Ein Tasse Kräutertee, ein Wechselfußbad
nach Kneipp sowie ein Duschgang bereiten auf das gut 20 Minuten andauernde Bad vor. Anschließend wird eine halbe Stunde Ruhezeit empfohlen.
| South Tyrol Hay Bath: |
| Fragrant herbs and Alpine hay from the South Tyrol mountains stimulate the circulation and cleanse, purify and strengthen the immune system and the nerves. The bath also has an analgesic effect on chronic back pain. |
| Rose bath: |
| The sweet fragrance of the rose bath relaxes the soul and leaves your skin silky soft and glowing with good health. |
| Herb bath: |
Combines the stimulating and the relaxing in a blend of arnica, mint, thyme, camomile, red clover, yarrow and cornflower - all from the meadows and woods around the hotel.
The evocative fragrances and salient properties of the herbs are absorbed by the skin and the sense organs and provide an exceptionally relaxing experience for body and soul alike. The hay bath is rounded off with a herb schnapps, leaving you feeling like you’re walking on air.

| Healing earth bath: |
| The healing earth bath acts as a cleanser and purifier and also as an exfoliant. Especially recommended for water retention in the legs. |

| The Arolla pine bath has been part of the Pustertal valley’s traditions for many years. It has a positive effect on the psyche and restores dry skin to suppleness. |
