Crib sheet of the Culina Alpina

In harmony with nature you will be seduced with traditional and Mediterranean delicacies refined with alpine herbs and spices from our own herb garden. The love for detail can be felt throughout: no matter if at a romanticcandle-light dinner or a traditional South Tyrolean evening.


The special ¾ -board includes:

• Breakfast buffet with Vital corner, tea bar and various local products
• Daily lunch snack from 1 pm – 2pm ( alternately some pasta or soup dish)
• Daily, from 3 pm – 5 pm cakes in the afternoon with delicious home-made cakes, gateau and “Apfelstrudel” (special kind of cake made with apples)
• Dinner: salad and appetizer buffet with at least 25 different products, successively 4-course-menu (with various dishes to choose from) with traditional South Tyrolean and mouth-watering Italian delicacies
• Weekly live music
• Sunday aperitif with presentation of the week’s programme
• Speciality dinners: culinary hike, South Tyrolean evening, Italian evening (different programme every week)
